Our waterjet systems feature a maximum cutting bed size of 30 ft x 10 ft, allowing us to efficiently process large-format components and complex geometries in a single setup.
We typically hold tolerances of ±0.015”, with the ability to achieve tighter tolerances when required for more critical or specialized applications, depending on material and part geometry.
We utilize advanced abrasive waterjet cutting systems designed for high-performance machining of thick and exotic materials. Our equipment supports cutting up to 6” material thickness, delivering clean, precise results without heat distortion.
