Precision CNC Machining
Our advanced CNC machining capabilities support complex components requiring tight tolerances and high reliability, with size capacities ranging from ¼” to 3 ft. Our operations are structured to ensure consistent, accurate execution across every run, reducing variability and maintaining repeatable results at scale.
We machine a wide range of materials, from plastics to copper, with a primary focus on high-precision components produced from commonly used engineering metals. Backed by experience supporting a diverse range of industries, our team applies disciplined process control and proven workflows to meet strict specifications with confidence.
Key Capability Highlights
Our CNC machining capabilities are engineered to handle complex components with precision, consistency, and control. From multi-axis machining and mill-turn operations to integrated inspection and process validation, we support efficient production while maintaining tight tolerances and repeatable quality. Each project is executed with structured workflows designed to reduce variability, ensure reliability, and scale with your production requirements.
-
Multi-Axis Machining Our 4- and 5-axis milling centers and sub-spindle lathes with Y-Axis reduce setups and enable complex geometries with improved accuracy. These systems support precision machining of intricate aerospace components while enhancing efficiency and repeatability.
-
Part Size & Capacity Our machining envelopes accommodate a 30” cube for mills, and lathes handle up to Ø36” diameter and 35” length. Whether producing small intricate components or large structural parts, we provide scalable solutions — and if your part is just outside our envelope, we’re happy to review it or point you to the right solution.
-
Tolerance & Precision We maintain typical machining tolerances of ±0.005”, with capabilities as tight as ±0.001” for high-precision components. For specialized aerospace parts, our processes can achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.0005”, ensuring reliable, repeatable quality.
-
Integrated Quality Control In-process probing and CMM inspection verify dimensional accuracy throughout production. With CMMs, measuring arms, and a large catalog of gauges and measurement tools, we ensure precise, repeatable results. By integrating these systems into our workflows, we reduce variability and deliver confidence in every component.
